By accessing or using Velvet Sole, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
Velvet Sole is an adult content platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
You may only post content that you own or have explicit rights to. You may not post content that is illegal, depicts minors in any sexual context, is non-consensual, or violates the rights of others. Velvet Sole reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.
Creators who monetise content on Velvet Sole agree to comply with all applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. Creators must verify their identity before receiving payouts. Creators are solely responsible for the content they post.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Velvet Sole takes a platform fee on all creator earnings as disclosed at the time of payout setup.
Velvet Sole respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your content has been posted without permission, please contact dmca@velvet-sole.com with a valid DMCA takedown notice. We will respond within 48 hours. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Your use of Velvet Sole is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You may not use Velvet Sole to: harass or stalk other users, distribute malware, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, create fake accounts, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
Velvet Sole reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms. Users may also delete their own accounts at any time. Upon termination, your content may be removed from the platform.
Velvet Sole is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
